Why toner foil?
- ✓ Any design you can print. Hot-foil stamping needs a metal die for every design.
- ✓ A real foil finish. Metallic ink only gives a flat shimmer.
- ✓ Crisp fine text and detail. Foil pens struggle with small lettering.
- ✓ Low start-up cost. Just a laser printer and a laminator, no specialist press.
- ✓ Quick for big batches. Print a sheet of invitations and foil them in one pass, instead of drawing each one by hand.
Tested by Mel!
Every foil in the shop is tested by hand on real projects across machines, printers and card stocks before it earns its place. If it doesn't perform, it doesn't get listed.

FAQs
Will it work with my inkjet printer?
No. Toner foil only sticks to laser toner. If you only have an inkjet, you can laser-copy your design at a print shop or library and foil the copy.
What machine do I need?
A hot laminator or a Minc-style foil machine. Use a carrier sheet, such as folded paper or an empty laminating pouch, to protect your work.
Does it work on coloured or textured card?
It works on any colour. Smooth, uncoated card gives the crispest result. Heavily textured or glossy card may leave gaps.
My foil is patchy. What am I doing wrong?
Usually the toner is too light or the heat is too low. Print in solid black at full density, run it through your machine twice and let it cool before peeling. The Toner Foiling Guide covers every fix.
